When the adhesive is brushed, it is dried and brushed again. Before pouring, we have requirements for the temperature control of the steel wheel. The temperature should be just close to that of the polyurethane material when pouring, which of course requires a lot of experience. We all know that ordinary polyether can't be used as rollers, but many manufacturers choose cheap polyether in order to make money. Here, we should know that the molecular structure and cross-linking form of polyether can't meet the requirements of heavy load, so many of them are sold with one hammer, which causes many manufacturers to lose confidence in the rollers made of PU polyurethane rollers.
