PU polyurethane roller can be seen everywhere in our life, but few people know about it. Polyurethane roller has been widely used because of its bearing capacity and wear resistance, which are significantly better than those made of other soft materials, and its light weight. However, when the PU polyurethane roller runs at high speed, the temperature of the polyurethane layer will rise due to the endogenous heat of the polyurethane layer. The higher the temperature rise, the faster the aging speed of the polyurethane material and the shorter the service life of the polyurethane roller. 1. Before installation, the rollers of the roller frame should be carefully cleaned in clean kerosene;

2. Under the condition of keeping the installation tools and hands clean, first coat the bearing with warm grease;

3. Then, press the wheels into the drilling machine (clamp the guide wheel of the tool to lower the newspaper) respectively, tighten the spare nuts at both ends of the guide wheel with appropriate turning force, and tighten the screw plug;

4. Installation: Clean the installation hole on the wire rack (it can be sanded with fine sand paper), press the installed roller and roller seat vertically, and make sure that the caps at both ends can freely adjust the position of the guide wheel (this is very important, it indicates the working state of the bearing), and then tighten the jacking wire (it is advisable to limit the shifting position of the bearing seat);

5. Key position: During the whole process, PU polyurethane roller does not have any parts that need to be knocked to install. All phenomena that cannot be installed without smashing are wrong. To keep the guide wheel running smoothly and freely, grease should always fill the running space of the bearing, and the insulation of the guide wheel sleeve should be clean and effective, so as to ensure the flexible and free running of the guide wheel, without any jam or periodic tightness. These are the necessary conditions for the rollers and bearings of the roller frame to run smoothly for a long time.
